As a member of a BAS administered health plan you and your family are given access to the BAS Health Portal. The Health Portal is designed to help you manage your benefits, navigate the health care landscape and provide you the tools necessary to be an informed and active participant in your health plan. Built with the same intuitiveness you find within other portals (think banking, auction sites, company intranets) we put every effort into facilitating an experience as unique and valuable as your benefits. .

Registering for an account on the portal is simple and will immediately open up access to tools and resources that will help you on your journey including access to customer service messaging, virtual ID card, deductible and out-of-pocket balances, forms specific to your health plan, web links, videos and more. Registering for the portal will also give you access the credentials you need to use the app for Apple and Android devices.

BAS incorporates administrative, physical and technical safeguards into all processes and procedures.

These safeguards are thoroughly tested by an outside audit firm who documents the controls and evidence in a yearly SSAE16 SOC Audit, as well as continuously evaluated and adjusted to ensure optimal security.

BAS 2018 Holiday Hours

During the 2018 Holiday season our offices will be closed during the following days: Christmas Eve / Christmas Day: Offices will be closed on Monday, December 24, and remain closed through Christmas Day Tuesday, December 25. Normal business hours will resume Wednesday, December 26 with the call center opening at 7:00 a.m. CST. New Year’s Day: Offices will close at 8:00 p.m. CST on Monday, December 31, and remain closed on New Year’s Day, Tuesday, January 1. January 2018 Update to iPhone & Android App

On January 9th 2018 the BAS App for both Apple and Android devices was updated with out new logo and colors along with other minor code enhancements for the new iphones.   The mobile app is available to all our members and is an easy way to track your health insurance on the go.  Virtual ID Cards, Claims, Accumulators and secure messaging are all accessible from the app.  If you haven’t downloaded the app yet you can use the links below. The BAS website launched this weekend with an updated look, but more importantly has been redesigned with an even greater emphasis on YOU!  Getting YOU the information YOU need when YOU need it.  Information about the benefits and services that BAS offers and how you can incorporate those benefits whether you are a participant of a plan or an employer looking into the idea of self-funded health plans.
